PreK through Grade 4 Admissions Process​

Required Documents:​

  1. Parent/Guardian Questionnaire – To be completed as part of the application.

  2. Current Teacher Recommendation letter– Submitted by the child’s current teacher to the Admissions Portal.

  3. Current Year School Report (Transcripts) – A copy of the student’s academic records to the Admission Portal.

 

All admission documents should be sent to the Admission Portal

Additional Steps:

  1. Parent/Guardian Interview – Interviews may be conducted on campus or via Zoom.

  2. Classroom Visit Day – Scheduled after admission is granted, this visit will take place one week before the student joins the class to help with acclimation.

Admission Timeline:
Pre-K applicants with a completed application will be reviewed on a first-come, first-served basis.

Admissions Process for Grades 5–12

Required Documents:

 

Parent/Guardian Questionnaire – Complete and submit as part of the application process.

  • Current English Teacher Recommendation letter – Email this via our Admission Portal.

  • Current Math Teacher Recommendation Form – Email this form to the teacher in December through your Admission Portal.

  • Current Year School Report – Submit using the email provided below.

  • Previous School Report – Submit using the email provided below.

All documents should be submitted to our Admission Portal.​

Testing Requirements:

  • Applicants aged 13 and above may be required to take the English Score test. 

  • Test scores should be sent directly to our Admission Portal

  • Interviews:

  • A Parent/Guardian Interview will be conducted either on campus or via Google Meet
